• If you buy a ticket at the door, you must read, acknowledge and sign a waiver
• When you purchase a ticket online for a skate event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set out in our waiver here as part of the purchase process
• If you are purchasing a ticket on behalf of another person and have provided their name during the booking process, you confirm that they have been informed of and have accepted the terms and conditions of the waiver
• Participation in the event, including skate hire and use of the venue, constitutes acceptance of these terms by all named individuals
• You skate at your own risk at all times
