About Us

Rink Revolution was born from a simple love of skating and a desire to bring the local skating community together.

Originally started by a local family who moved to Bundaberg, we quickly discovered there was nowhere locally to enjoy roller skating indoors.

Rather than let that stop us, we established Rink Revolution as a not-for-profit initiative, with the aim of finding a suitable venue where people of all ages could come together and enjoy skating.

With the wonderful support of Bundaberg Regional Council, we were fortunate enough to gain access to the amazing Main Pavilion at the Recreational Precinct.

This has allowed us to create a space where our local skating community can come together for regular indoor roller skate discos.

Today, the Rink Revolution team has grown and is run by an incredible group of passionate skaters. We all generously give our time as volunteers to help make each event possible. We are proud to be building a welcoming, inclusive community and creating opportunities for people to enjoy the simple fun of skating together.

A little something to keep in mind: the Main Pavilion is not a purpose-built skating rink. Rink Revolution is a volunteer-run initiative created for the love of skating. While we take reasonable steps to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, roller skating involves inherent risks, and all participants skate at their own risk at all times.

Thank you for supporting our little local skating community - we can’t wait to see you on the floor! 🛼
